If you have made a mistake when ordering, or wish to cancel your order (and you have not had a despatch notification) then please get in touch with us immediately either by phone (0191 645 0252) or by e-mail (sales@wheatgrasstogo.co.uk) and we can arrange for an immediate refund as well as cancellation of the order on our system.

If you are unhappy with your purchase from Wheatgrass To Go and have already received your order please get in touch with us within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund.

If you can explain why you are unhappy with your purchase it will help us to improve our business, and the feedback is much appreciated.

Once your refund request has been received we will treat your refund claim with the utmost urgency and aim to respond to any claims within 5 working days.

If the products are in an unopened state we may ask to work with you so that this stock can be returned to us (at our cost).
