'Apply a small amount of either the Skin Recovery Spray (my
recommendation for initial treatment) or the Skin Recovery Cream or Superbalm
to the spots twice daily if possible. It is not necessary to cover the
surrounding skin. For large affected areas, the spray is easy to apply and
dries quickly. It is also more economical than the wheatgrass creams.'
