I haven't got an 'order confirmation' e-mail
When you place an order with us you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with the details of what you have ordered and where you want it delivered to.
If you have not received such an e-mail then the most common causes are:
- You have mis-typed your e-mail address and the confirmation e-mail has been sent to an incorrect address (don't worry there are no details on the e-mail for people to use).
- The order has not been completed and we have not received any money from you.
